- a fully equipped kitchen,
- a bathroom with shower, and window,
- Access to a wonderful outdoor space, with barbecue, where you can have outdoor meals.
On the upper floor, there are:
- 2 bedrooms, one facing the front of the house, and the other facing the rear. Both furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and/or wardrobe.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub.
The villa is prepared to receive up to 4 people, being fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities for day-to-day life, from small and large appliances, as well as various kitchen utensils and crockery and also bed linen and towels, and provides a comfortable and inviting environment, ideal for an extended stay, during the winter and spring months.
All expenses related to water and electricity consumption are included in the rent, subject to monthly limits. The charge for gas, being bottled, will be the responsibility of the tenant.
The payment of a deposit is requested to guarantee the proper fulfillment of the obligations assumed in the fixed-time lease agreement that is intended to be signed, and will serve to pay for any losses arising from the tenant's responsibility. If there is no loss to be paid at the end of the rental period, the deposit will be returned.
