All expenses related to water and electricity consumption are included in the rent, subject to monthly limits.
The payment of a deposit is requested to guarantee the proper fulfillment of the obligations assumed in the fixed-time lease agreement that is intended to be signed, and will serve to pay for any losses arising from the tenant's responsibility. If there is no loss to be paid at the end of the rental period, the deposit will be returned.
